Interventions for extraordinary children.

Early Intervention from 2 years to 12 years.

We offer:

  • Between 1:1 and 3:1 child to therapist ratio depending on ability.
  • Small Foundation Phase groups. We have a maximum of 6 students to 1 teacher on the Impaq curriculum. We also offer the Cambrilearn Curriculum.
    • We currently have grade R to 3 curriculum.
  • Programs are tailor made to suit each child and are developed by experienced educational specialists with extensive training in behavior analysis. (ABA)
  • We work closely with Occupational and Speech Therapists, Specialist Teachers and both local and international child behavioural experts.
  • We use evidenced based Autism Curriculum tools:
    • Kaufman speech Praxis Treatment.
    • Verbal Behaviour Milestones Assessment and Placement Program, also known as VB-Mapp.
    • PEAK Assessment Tool (PCA)
    • TINY HANDZ (Sign Language)
  • Tumbling Tigerz on site for physical activity.
  • After-school programme’s are available. This includes homework supervision, tutoring and aftercare. The after-school programs are also open to children in mainstream schools.

What is ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis)?

The consequences that follow a behaviour control whether that behaviour will increase ot decrease in the future. We apply these principles of behaviour to issues that are socially important to produce meaningful and valued change
